A spacious ground floor apartment for two in the centre of Dartmouth with wheelchair access and a level approach to the town's shops, central car park and river.

Located in Broadstone just 25 yards from Market Square, a minutes' walk from the car park and 2 minutes from the river the apartment is part of a 400 year old building with original oak beams and low ceilings (which may not be suitable for anyone over 6' 2" tall) with a modern fully fitted kitchen, a lounge sofa and en-suite facilities.

In the bedroom there is a 6' super king size bed which can be used as two single beds if required - please advise when booking. There are also 2 club chairs and a walk-in wardrobe. 

The apartment has central heating, flat screen tv, WiFi  and a wood burner for the Winter months.  Sorry no pets, children or additional guests.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Our change over day is Saturday. We are able to store bags outside of normal change over times.

Weekly rates: 

Low season £250.   Mid season £350.   High season £450.

Regatta week £500.

Short breaks are also available by arrangement.
